The 33-year-old star plays a masseuse that makes extra bucks by bedding her clients in the hit US show.
According to The Sun, she'll be taking the ultimate step and going totally nude for the upcoming second season, though bosses will be forced to use pixelation to protect her modesty.
And the tabloid claims friends have said JLH is determined to put her hottest body forward by hitting the gym four times a week.
Writing on Twitter this week, Jennifer said: "Good morning from the set of TCL! Lots of running today, so I will get my workout and work done at the same time."
JLH has been asking fans to boost her rating in Maxim magazine's 100 Sexiest Women list too.
Having landed the No 20 spot last year, she suggested her Twitter followers vote for her by writing: "My dream is to be in the top five sexiest woman for maxim magazine! Lets do it people! Would be fun, the have been very good to me!"
